Folding Tackle Box - 8 Compartments, Fits Flat, 500g

A tackle box that folds flat instead of living at the bottom of the bag forever. Double-layer, eight compartments, hinged lid, and it folds down to the size of a paperback when you are not using it. 500 grams empty, so it still fits in a small lunchbox bag.

Tested numbers: 13.5 x 9.8 x 3.7 cm, 489.5 cm3, 500 g empty. Outer shell 132 x 95 x 40 mm. Internal compartments 31 x 23 mm, 60 x 25 mm and 25 x 25 mm, usable inner depth 12 mm. The lid divides into three grids, horizontally or vertically, so a palmer rig and a finesse rig can share the box. Plastic body, yellow shell with a black latch.

Where it earns its space: a walk-around session with a couple of boxes of lures, a bank session where you want them sorted instead of dumped in your bag, or a competition box you can pack flat in a seat bag.
