ORDER PROCESSING Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email, then a second email with tracking once your order ships. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in China via international tracked shipping. - Standard shipping: 7-15 business days - Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, and holidays. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination, and is paid by the customer. The exact shipping cost is shown before you complete your order. We do not offer free shipping. ORDER TRACKING A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS If tracking has not updated within 10 business days, contact support@basecampandbank.com and we will investigate with our shipping partner. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES Orders are shipped as small parcels. Any import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility. WRONG ADDRESS Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 12 hours. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee an address change. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We currently ship within the United States.
