Agreement to these terms

By using basecampandbank.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Our store

Basecamp & Bank is an online-only store. Products are sold directly by us, packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner in China, and delivered to the address you give us at checkout. We do not have a physical retail location.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if the item is out of stock, if the listed price or specifications were wrong, or if we cannot ship it to your destination.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping. Payment is taken through our checkout provider at the moment you order. We may adjust prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Shipping, duties, and taxes

We ship to United States customers. Delivery takes 7-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping is $8 flat, free on orders of $70 or more, and paid by the customer. Any import duties or taxes assessed by your country on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.

Product information and use

We publish tested specs, materials, counts, and weights. Products are outdoor gear and tackle: you are responsible for using them safely, following local regulations, and checking local rules on lead and other restricted materials before you fish.

Returns and refunds

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items are covered by us, including the return shipping. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page and in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the store to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to interfere with the store’s operation, or to scrape or harvest content at scale for resale. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an item is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost fishing days.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
